Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized techniques to foster growth and stability.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly assess client progress towards these goals.

• Deliver teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and fulfill legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on emerging trends in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their circumstances, enhance their coping mechanisms, and achieve long-term mental wellness through personal and relational healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a caseload and meet administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings or private practice is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
