Account Executive - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
1. Existing Client Growth and Retention:
- Develop and execute a clear client development strategy focused on retention, upselling, and long-term growth
- Identify key existing clients and develop a strategy on how to engage lapsed clients and how to up sell and grow existing clients
- The strategy should include luxury brands, clients, and agencies, and cover strategies to engage, build and grow commercially
- Champion client success by identifying growth levers and collaborating with internal teams to continuously elevate the client experience
- Develop and own the New Business strategy for securing new client opportunities and generating incremental revenue for the business.
- Actively seek and convert high-potential leads across sectors aligned to CADO's creative vision.
- Work closely with the sales team overseeing all strategies related to new business.
- "Maintain a long-lead pipeline to ensure visibility and forecasting using HubSpot or relevant lead management tool
- Provide weekly report on New Business updates to Management team
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, Managing Directors, and other key decision-makers within luxury sectors such as property, tourism, finance, fashion, automotive, watches, jewelry, and high-end lifestyle brands.
- Act as the key point of contact for Clients, ensuring exceptional client service, managing expectations, delivering all projects on time and within budget and delivering ongoing value.
- Lead all commercial negotiations and secure executive-level buy-in, working closely with the CFO and legal teams where required.
- Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring creative excellence and operational rigor across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the delivery of Client campaigns, working with creative and production teams to ensure the highest quality outputs and projects delivered on time with agreed margin.
- Continuously scan the luxury, culture, and innovation landscapes to inform CADO's client approach and unlock new business models or creative IP.
- Provide insights on emerging trends in the luxury industry, advising on potential areas for growth and innovation for CADO.
