Billing Specialist

Adecco is assisting a well-established company in their search for a Billing Specialist position located in Shelton, CT 06484 zip code.

Shift: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm EST (OT – approximately 5 hours in total for a month or less)

Pay: $ 25.00/HR

***This role has an Emphasis on accounts receivable and collections, client interactions mostly via email.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer billing accurately and on time.

• Review invoices, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure correct billing information.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

• Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized and compliant manner.

• Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to ensure alignment on billing requirements.

• Support month-end billing processes and reporting needs.

• Perform invoicing, billing, and some cash application tasks as needed.

• Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding billing questions or clarifications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Attention to detail

• MS Office

• Excel

• Communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Admin experience

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
