Business Analyst

Position Title Business Analyst Duration 6+ months with high possibilities of extension Must Have Skills Requirement elicitation Business process analysis Critical thinking and excellent communication skills Documentation (scope, requirement traceability, test case creation, test result verification, etc.) Stakeholder management Each must have skill requires 7+ years of experience. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree Nice to Have Skills Automotive industry knowledge Data analysis and visualization Basic SQL and program analysis skills Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables. Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
