Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique developmental needs of children and families.

• Participate actively in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development process, collaborating with families to ensure goals are aligned with their values and priorities.

• Monitor and assess outcomes of interventions, adjusting strategies based on efficacy and family feedback.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and their families to create a supportive and trusting environment conducive to growth and learning.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver impactful early intervention services.

• Provide ongoing coaching and resources to families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in their child's developmental journey.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and standards to maintain the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverdale Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Our services focus on addressing diverse developmental domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, from birth to three years of age. Engaging with families from various backgrounds, you will tailor your support to promote holistic growth for each child.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must be licensed by the California Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate home visits where necessary.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple cases effectively.

• Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration with both colleagues and families.
\n
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and adaptability to various learning styles to meet individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
