Position Title Temporary Event Logistics Coordinator Location Job City & State: Raleigh, NC Position Type Temporary Work Schedule 8-10 hrs per week Essential Job Duties We are seeking a temporary part‑time event logistics coordinator to support high‑level logistics for a short‑term program involving international participants and multiple coordinated activities. Duties include: Coordinating logistics such as meals, transportation, scheduling, and onsite coordination Communicating with external stakeholders, vendors, participants, and partner organizations Setting up site‑visit trainings and scheduling multi‑location activities Must have transportation to be able to travel to and from locations including NC State’s Centennial Campus, Clayton, and locations in RTP. Minimum Experience / Education Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience Department Required Skills Direct experience coordinating logistics for multi‑day programs, events, or meetings involving international participants 3+ years demonstrated experience managing complex, high‑volume logistics (meals, transportation, scheduling, and onsite coordination) under time‑sensitive conditions 3+ years experience communicating and coordinating with external stakeholders such as vendors, participants, or partner organizations Prior experience executing group logistics for structured programs (e.g., site visits, trainings, or scheduled multi‑location activities) Preferred Experience / Skills 2+ years direct experience coordinating logistics for multi‑day events involving international participants, including coordination of food and transportation.
