The role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist is designed for flexibility, enabling you to work remotely while remaining connected to a robust support system of colleagues and medical personnel. Our outpatient office fosters a collaborative atmosphere where therapists can freely exchange ideas and strategies, participate in case discussions, and engage in team meetings that enhance the overall treatment experience for our patients. While the typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be necessary to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Strong proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, highlighting your adaptability and insights into complex cases.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and working in collaboration with medical professionals is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
