Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing acute or chronic mental illnesses.

• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse clientele including individuals, couples, families, and groups to address mental health issues effectively.

• Engage with clients' families to enhance understanding of treatment processes, providing guidance on how they can support loved ones in adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

• Utilize community resources and collaborate with public and private agencies to facilitate comprehensive care, including timely referrals when external support is necessary.

• Keep accurate and confidential records of each client's treatment and progress in compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
\n
• Participate in interdepartmental team meetings to discuss case strategies, share insights, and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs.

• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as required, ensuring they receive adequate guidance in their work.

• Respond to safety concerns and report them to appropriate authorities to adhere to mandated reporting standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
