Location

Wilmington DE 100% On-site . Join our collaborative professional office where youll work directly with experienced attorneys and help move meaningful projects forward. This is a full-time position requiring five days per week in the office.

Candidates must have 1 years of professional research legal support project coordination real estate or land development experience including conducting property zoning regulatory or legislative research and preparing written summaries . Candidates must be able to work on-site in Wilmington DE five days per week.

Job Description

• Support attorneys and paralegals on zoning land use and real estate development projects from start to finish.
• Research property information zoning regulations local ordinances and land development requirements.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations hearing outlines exhibits and supporting materials for public hearings and community meetings.
• Attend hearings meetings and calls take detailed notes and prepare clear written summaries.
• Coordinate with clients architects engineers planners consultants and government officials.
• Track project milestones zoning approvals important deadlines and ongoing communications.
• Organize legal files research materials contact lists and project documentation.
• Assist with property tax assessment appeals title documents and real estate transactional materials.
• Help our legal team anticipate issues stay organized and move projects toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 years of professional research legal support project coordination real estate or land development experience
• Experience conducting property zoning regulatory or legislative research and preparing written summaries.
• Strong research writing analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple active assignments and deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and external professionals.
• Willingness to attend public hearings and community meetings as needed.
• Eagerness to learn take initiative and contribute to a collaborative team.
