Director of Program Delivery

Role Description

Huge is looking for a Director of Program Delivery to join our Program Delivery team. You will lead project management efforts, refine ways of working, collaborate with various disciplines and clients, ensure deliverable requirements are met, and manage change and risk to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
• Experience leading strategic discussions & presentations to clients on a regular basis.
• Background in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice, and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
• Consider yourself a generalist and able to jump into many different categories of work and deliver.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate your team to perform the best results.
• Active role in the growth and mentorship of the department.

Requirements

• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams.
• Lead by example and take an active interest in fostering the talents of those working under you.
• Manage and set client expectations, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and internal team members.
• Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams.
• Command project management processes and methodologies.
• Focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams and the program as a whole.

Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 — $175,000 USD.
• Consideration of factors such as depth of experience, qualifications, specialization level, budgetary considerations, market demand, and local market conditions for salary placement.
• Tenure for current Huge employees will also be a consideration.
