Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools to inform care planning and treatment decisions.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to ensure effective outcomes.

• Address mental health crises with professionalism, empathy, and quick decision-making, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus is on individuals presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Clients are typically pre-screened to ensure that they are appropriate for outpatient therapeutic interventions. This allows our clinicians to develop strong therapeutic alliances grounded in trust and understanding, ultimately supporting improved mental health outcomes for our community.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice in California.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Highly organized, efficient, and client-centered in approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
