Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across a diverse age range, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, ensuring all records are up to date.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and manage an organized calendar to facilitate effective time management and workflow for both yourself and your clients.

• Employ a billing service for efficient handling of claims, as well as client account management, eligibility checks, and financial planning to alleviate administrative burdens.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss complex cases, and contribute to a positive and enriching work atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our focus on their well-being means being equipped to address multiple clinical presentations, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they require to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with a current LCSW license to practice independently in Arizona.

• You should demonstrate professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, and self-motivation, alongside strong organizational and time-management skills.

• The ability to provide culturally competent care is essential, as is a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

• Availability to work full-time, with a minimum of 20-25 client hours scheduled per week, including the flexibility to work at least two evenings each week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to couples and significant training in relational dynamics will be highly regarded and considered an asset in this role.

• Prior experience in school-based settings or with adolescent populations may enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a robust bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation along with:
