Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, your day will be filled with engaging hands-on activities aimed at comprehensive patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth evaluations of patients to thoroughly assess their physical capabilities and specific challenges.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each patient's unique recovery objectives while considering their personal circumstances and preferences.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions specifically designed to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Employing advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources to facilitate recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to document patient progress and treatment interventions efficiently.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary case conferences to enhance patient care strategies and outcomes through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, stroke, and chronic pain conditions. Your ability to adapt treatment strategies to cater to various patient needs will be integral to their recovery process, ensuring they receive tailored interventions that support their unique health challenges and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
