Broccoli AI is hiring an AI Customer Strategy Lead in San Francisco to drive end-to-end rollout from signed contract to live platform adoption. You’ll configure the platform to fit each customer, coordinate with forward-deployed engineers, and own the customer relationship and outcomes. You’ll demonstrate measurable impact with SMBs and multi-location operators, steering adoption, value, and reporting.
