Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with our patients and team members. Our therapists enjoy a collaborative virtual workspace that fosters open communication and support. While the standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, adjustments may be made based on patient needs to ensure they receive timely care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to tailor treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic interventions, considering individual backgrounds and cultural contexts to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth among patients.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services, adeptly managing mental health emergencies with professionalism and care.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
