Role Description Caring People is seeking an experienced, high-energy Full Cycle Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our growing Houston region. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source passive and active candidates, conduct thorough phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers. You will be the main point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through their first day of orientation. Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, write job descriptions, and establish sourcing plans. Proactively source active and passive candidates using job boards, social channels, resume databases, and professional networks. Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and present shortlists of qualified candidates to leadership. Coordinate and schedule interview panels between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the offer process, including salary benchmarking, offer letter generation, negotiation, and pre‑employment checks (background/reference checks). Maintain accurate candidate tracking and data integrity. Qualifications Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Strong skills in candidate relationship management, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically. Ability to use job boards, and social media platforms to support recruitment efforts. Knowledge of home care, healthcare staffing, or related service industries. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles and deadlines. Attention to detail and adherence to compliance, credentialing, and documentation requirements. Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with hiring managers and team members on‑site. Preferred: Prior experience in recruiting caregivers, nurses, or healthcare professionals; multilingual skills are a plus. Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
