Office administrator

Energy Star Sprayfoam Inc

Job Description Energy Star Sprayfoam Inc is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to manage daily office operations and support our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment. This role includes bookkeeping, administrative support, invoicing, vendor coordination, and project documentation. Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries Manage office operations and administrative tasks Prepare invoices and track customer payments Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter and reconcile transactions using QuickBooks and Sage Maintain organized project files, permits, contracts, and compliance documents Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers Prepare work orders, change orders, and lien waivers Support project managers with scheduling and documentation Maintain accurate records and assist with general office management Qualifications 3+ years of office administration or bookkeeping experience Construction industry experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional Full-time position On-site in Queens, NY Monday-Friday Long-term opportunity with growing company Please submit your resume and contact information to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Star Sprayfoam Inc
