As a Donor Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in the donation process-supporting families, reviewing medical information, and helping coordinate life-changing outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Communicate with donor families with compassion, professionalism, and clarity during sensitive moments
• Review and analyze medical records and donor information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, funeral homes, and internal staff to coordinate next steps efficiently
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to determine donor eligibility based on medical criteria
• Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining composure in a time-sensitive environment

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations
• Proven problem-solving abilities and confidence making real-time decisions
• High level of attention to detail, especially when reviewing complex or technical information
• Ability to stay organized, focused, and adaptable while managing multiple priorities

Background or experience in social work, counseling, healthcare, medical support, chaplaincy or insurance/claims processing is highly valued and often leads to success in this role
