Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments for new clients to understand their mental health concerns and gather comprehensive personal histories.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each individual's unique needs and goals, utilizing a strength-based approach.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate actively in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities, staying updated on current research and advancements in marriage and family therapy.

• Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, ensuring confidentiality and fostering trust and rapport.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will guide you in working with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and family dynamics. You will provide compassionate support to individuals experiencing life transitions, grief, and trauma, ensuring they feel heard and understood throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy and developing treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in the context of virtual therapy sessions, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
