Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Agentic AI) - NYC-based Series A startup
\nLocation: West-Village, NYC, onsite 5 days a week
\nCompensation: $200K - $300K + Equity + Benefits

\nOur client is a high-growth AI startup building technology that enables enterprises to automate complex business processes. Backed by leading venture capital firms, they recently raised a $30M Series A and are developing AI systems that understand how organizations operate and intelligently execute workflows.
\n \nYour Role
\n- \n
- Build and deploy production LLM-based systems, AI agents, and agentic workflows \n
- Develop evaluation, feedback, and confidence systems that improve reliability and determine when to automate vs. involve a human \n
- Take AI capabilities from concept to production, working closely with engineering and product teams \n
We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 5+ years of engineering experience building and shipping production LLM-based systems \n
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, evaluation, or context engineering \n
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments \n
