What You'll Do

Deliver a consultative, engaging, and personalized buying experience from the first greeting through final vehicle delivery.

Build lasting relationships with customers by establishing trust and understanding their individual needs.

Demonstrate Honda vehicles confidently and provide knowledgeable explanations of features, technology, performance, and benefits.

Identify customer needs and present vehicle and purchase solutions tailored to their lifestyle and budget.

Conduct professional test drives and compelling product demonstrations.

Consistently follow up with prospects and customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.

Maintain strong knowledge of Honda products, features, programs, and current inventory.

Achieve individual sales and performance goals while contributing to overall dealership success.

Work collaboratively with management, finance, service, and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

Represent El Monte Honda with professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

Take ownership of your performance and continuously work toward improving your sales skills and results.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $71,656.00 $157,751.52 annually

Eligible employees and their families may receive the following benefits after 60 days of employment:
