Company Description Job Description As an Admin Assistant, you'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, booking appointments and diary management. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store's success. What we're looking for? If this is something you're interested in, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Admin Assistant. These include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional written communication (emails, letters, reports)
- Confident verbal communication with colleagues and customers
- Good telephone manner
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Strong customer-service mindset
