Director, HRBP

We are partnering with a luxury retail brand seeking a Director level HR Business Partner to support their West region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving regional HR initiatives, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and onboarding. This role have a direct report and requires a strong leadership presence.
Responsibilities:
- Inform and drive the HR strategy for the West Region
- Lead complex employee relations matters
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting and headcount planning
- Lead the annual performance review process
- Maintain a physical and virtual presence across store locations
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to implement new programs and initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Retail HR experience
- Available to go into office 4x week
- Luxury retail experience
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
