Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and problems.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current mental health methodologies and practices to enhance therapy quality.

• Foster a warm, empathetic, and engaging therapeutic environment during each counseling session.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and make appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve clinical skills and teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Summit Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and teenagers to adults seeking help for a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
