- Demostrar y vivir los valores fundamentales de Europa Village.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el Chef Ejecutivo para desarrollar nuevas opciones de menú basadas en cambios estacionales y la demanda de los huéspedes.
- Planificar el diseño de los platillos para lograr una combinación perfecta entre su presentación y su sabor.
- Elaborar productos de menú de alta calidad.
- Garantizar que la cocina opere de manera eficiente y oportuna para cumplir con los estándares de calidad de Europa Village.
- Asistir en el reclutamiento y capacitación del equipo culinario, así como evaluar su desempeño.
- Manejar al equipo culinario y las operaciones de cocina en ausencia del Chef Ejecutivo.
- Brindar apoyo al equipo culinario y de servicio en diversas tareas, incluyendo cocina de línea, preparación de alimentos, montaje y presentación de platos.
- Ayudar en la creación del horario semanal de trabajo del equipo culinario.
- Resolver de inmediato las inquietudes y problemas de los huéspedes.
- Crear menús de degustación para clientes que planean eventos especiales en Europa Village.
- Supervisar y registrar el inventario, y realizar pedidos de suministros cuando sea necesario.
- Cumplir e implementar las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
- Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento.
- Realizar otras tareas según sean asignadas.
Responsabilidades esperadas de todos los miembros del equipo (Villagers):
- Crear y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo en equipo, ayudando a compañeros o huéspedes sin pensarlo dos veces.
- Sentirse cómodo(a) trabajando de pie durante la mayor parte del turno.
- Ser capaz de comunicar la historia y la visión de Europa Village.
- Tratar a todos los miembros del equipo y a los huéspedes con respeto.
- Presentarse al trabajo preparado(a), con excelentes estándares de presentación personal, uniforme limpio y planchado, y calzado adecuado.
- Llegar puntualmente al trabajo y respetar las políticas de asistencia y puntualidad.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de Europa Village.
- Ser hospitalario(a), acogedor(a), y demostrar una actitud positiva y disposición para ayudar cuando sea necesario.
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en noches, fines de semana y días festivos
