Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) for diverse client demographics.

• Conduct initial assessments, develop SMART treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Provide comprehensive support by coordinating services among case managers, family members, medical professionals, and educators to ensure holistic care.

• Engage in proactive communication with the Clinical Director, responding to requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to remain informed about best practices and organizational developments.

• Actively contribute to community outreach and relationship-building with local organizations to increase awareness of available mental health resources.
\n
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly, balancing your workload for enhanced personal well-being and efficacy.

• Model appropriate professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy and respect towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Adapt interventions creatively to resonate with clients' unique needs, helping them to not only meet, but surpass their treatment goals.

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients who are navigating the complexities of mental health and substance use issues. This includes individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking guidance and support. Understanding the cultural and experiential backgrounds of clients is essential, as you will be delivering tailored care that acknowledges individual identities and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must possess an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
