Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments to identify and meet the unique needs of each patient.
\n
• Actively communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other relevant individuals regarding a client’s therapeutic progress.
\n
• Develop and maintain a tentative schedule for appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor and evaluate work advancement plausibly.
\n
• Coordinate home visits that encompass in-home observations, detailed chart reviews, and staff interviews as part of holistic patient assessments.
\n
• Ensure that the therapeutic program plans are effectively implemented and monitored for success.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to a collaborative approach towards patient care.
\n
• Complete and document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track patient developments and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Organize training for staff to ensure competency in program plan implementation and documentation processes.
\n
• Follow up with clients through home visits and interviews to provide continual support and care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring information is accessible to stakeholders as needed.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with the community and mental health networks to promote and support developmental goals.
\n
• Assist in creating and refining training materials that enhance service delivery for vulnerable populations.

Your work will center on a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. This includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context.

• Strong foundation in legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with diverse clients.

• A demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare team environment.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
