This is a full-time telehealth position, allowing you to provide essential mental health support to clients from the comfort of your home. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, while contributing to a mission focused on eliminating the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, managing your own schedule within Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Our work setting is entirely telehealth-based, which means you will be conducting therapy through secure live video sessions. You will be provided with the necessary technology support to ensure smooth operations and deliver high-quality care. A reliable internet connection and a private space are required to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via live video, providing evidence-based treatment tailored to the individual needs of adult clients.

• Regularly communicate and collaborate with other mental health professionals and psychiatric providers to create comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to track and adjust clients’ treatment plans effectively.

• Engage in regular team consultations to enhance your therapeutic approach and discuss patient progress or challenges.

• Document treatment sessions in electronic health records (EHR) accurately, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individual adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. The goal is to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, utilizing a strengths-based approach. You will contribute significantly to enhancing their emotional well-being and self-awareness, guiding them toward discovering their fullest potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficient in using various telehealth software and digital communication tools, including the Google suite and electronic health records systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Comfortable and adept in working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
