Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Provide direct clinical services, either in-person or virtually, to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that all sessions are documented per company protocols.

• Conduct a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly to maintain an efficient caseload while promoting a favorable work-life balance.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical teams, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Engage actively in regular clinical staff meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen our presence and relationships within the local area.

• Evaluate client needs and mental health diagnoses, creating and revising treatment plans as necessary, along with necessary documentation, including SMART treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all client interactions, reinforcing our commitment to quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is essential.

• Candidates must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven experience in documenting client interactions, including initial assessments and treatment plan updates.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year for full-time employees, reflecting our commitment to valuing skilled professionals.
