Shift Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with rotating weekends. Responsibilities Be an empathetic empathizer – create human connection with potential residents and family members during a potentially stressful and emotional time. Be a communicator of knowledge – enter lead information accurately into the database and provide necessary information on senior living, as well as next‑step options. Be a lead base liaison – strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued. Be a hospitable host – ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events. Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th‑grade proficiency. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents! Professional in appearance and conduct. Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills if needed. Criminally cleared. In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks as verified by a health screening within six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days after employment.
