We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Tier 1 Support to deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional, solutions-focused support. This is a contract, hourly role paying $14.00 per hour and supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can clearly explain basic technical concepts, and remains calm and professional while handling multiple customer interactions. You will also collaborate with internal teams by identifying trends, escalating issues when appropriate, and contributing to improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
\n
• Provide Tier 1 technical support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
\n
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and follow standard resolution procedures
\n
• Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in internal systems
\n
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
\n
• Stay current on products, services, and system updates
\n
• Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to internal stakeholders
\n

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or support environment
\n
• Exposure to technical support or troubleshooting is a plus
\n

Schedule & Compensation (Clearly Defined)

• Contract position
\n
• Hourly pay: $14.00 per hour
\n
• 8-hour shifts scheduled anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM after training
\n
• No commission or bonus structure
\n

\n
