- Step into a high-visibility leadership role with regular exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Lead a critical corporate accounting function with direct impact on financial reporting and business performance.
- Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Fridays.
- Lead corporate accounting operations with oversight of two accounting staff and ensuring general ledger integrity.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results.
- Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls.
- Partner across the organization to drive business initiatives and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading accounting teams, including performance management, employee development, coaching, and succession planning.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience driving process improvements within a corporate accounting environment.
- CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
