Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored clinical diagnoses, leveraging standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices to meet the unique goals of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring swift and appropriate responses while maintaining safety and providing emotional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, including complete treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available treatment options, providing advocacy to ensure their voices are heard in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
