Contracts Specialist

The OpportunityThe Contracts Specialist will be part of the TJX Legal Department's commercial contract team, and will be responsible for contract drafting, review, revision, negotiation, and interpretation in support of a variety of TJX business functions. This role will have direct contact with internal business stakeholders and must also be able to effectively interact and negotiate with contract parties and their counsel. The successful candidate will have experience with contract negotiation and will be able to work independently or with attorneys in the Legal Department, as appropriate.
