Level 2 Technical Support Engineer HPC & AI Infra

TensorWave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a newly built Level 2 team. You will own escalated tickets, diagnose Linux/Kubernetes/Slurm related issues, and write runbooks to prevent future repeats. You’ll collaborate with customer engineers, shape escalation paths, and contribute to runbooks and tooling. You’ll be part of a hands-on, diagnostic role that thrives on hunting down root causes in GPU cloud, HPC, and AI infrastructure, with opportunities to extend coverage and improve #J-18808-Ljbffr TensorWave
