Director of Marketing & Growth - Americas

We are seeking an experience Director of Marketing & Growth - Americas to lead Open iT's marketing and growth strategy across the region. This role will be responsible for driving regional market growth, pipeline contribution, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market execution in close partnership with Sales and Executive leadership.

The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to translate market opportunities into measurable business growth. This role requires experience navigating complex enterprise B2B environments with high-value opportunities, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and varying market dynamics across countries and industries.

This is primarily a leadership and growth-focused role, with hands-on involvement when needed to accelerate key initiative, develop new markets, and support strategic opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the marketing and growth strategy for the Americas, aligned with regional revenue ad business priorities.
• Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, with clear accountability for measurable business impact.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership on target accounts, priority industries, pipeline development and market opportunities.
• Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and growth opportunities across the region.
• Develop and manage the regional marketing plan and budget, allocating resources based on performance and ROI.
• Lead regional go-to-market activities across account-based marketing, digital, events, partnerships, customer marketing and content.
• Strengthen Open iT's positioning and messaging for markets across the Americas while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Build market and competitive intelligence to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Develop customer proof, including case studies, references, success stories, and ROI narratives.
• Lead and develop regional marketing resources and coordinate effectively with global teams, agencies and partners.
• Report regularly on pipeline contribution, market growth, marketing performance, and ROI to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of B2B marketing or growth experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS technology or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience driving pipeline, market growth and revenue-related outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing regional or multi-country go-to market strategies.
• Strong background in enterprise B2B marketing, demand generation, positioning, messaging and account-based marketing.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales on target accounts, pipeline generation, and strategic opportunities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating investments based on ROI and business impact.
• Experience working across multiple markets within the Americas.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales intelligence platforms.
• Excellent professional English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing or expanding markets within North America and/or Latin America.
• Background in enterprise software, software asset management, engineering software, or related technical markets.
• Experience marketing to engineering-intensive or complex enterprise industries.
• Experience with strategic account development, partnerships or new-market entry.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams.

Location:

Americas; preferably near an Open iT office or key regional market. Collaboration across multiple countries and time zones, with occasional international travel, may be required.
