This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. As a telehealth counselor, you will conduct therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing therapeutic techniques and modalities appropriate for diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to design engaging and effective therapeutic activities that promote clients' mental health and resilience.

• Participate in the credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans that effectively address clients' specific challenges, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Employ evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and other empirically supported treatments, while documenting client outcomes and adjustments in therapy.

• Contribute to additional clinical duties and initiatives as required, demonstrating a commitment to the overall goals and mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with children and families facing developmental challenges and mental health issues. This role involves addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to build a trusting relationship with clients and families will be pivotal to achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
