Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate and effective individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, adhering to ethical therapeutic practices.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, allowing clients to engage in peer support and share experiences in a safe and structured environment.

• Conduct family and child counseling sessions, focusing on healing dynamics within families and addressing child behavioral concerns utilizing DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and parenting classes designed to equip families with essential skills and knowledge.

• Maintain thorough client records and documentation, ensuring accuracy in data collection and reporting for each assigned client population.

• Meet established billing guidelines, ensuring a minimum number of reimbursable hours are billed as required by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Holistic Recovery Counselling, you will primarily serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from an accredited institution.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in progress.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to efficiently handle administrative duties alongside clinical responsibilities.

• A self-motivated individual who can initiate necessary actions related to patient billing, documentation, and client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in the mental health counseling field, demonstrating a proven track record of effective client outcomes.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
