Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Utilize well-established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions remotely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. You will engage with a diverse clientele from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, providing tailored support that respects their individuality and unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the capability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists to enhance patient outcomes.

• Established history of successful treatment outcomes for clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex information to them and their families.
