As part of a telehealth facility, you will utilize advanced virtual communication tools to conduct counseling sessions, assessments, and group therapy, meeting clients where they feel most comfortable and safe.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor client progress and outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.

• Build and nurture rapport with clients and their families to establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and their families. You will address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through their healing journeys, equipping them with coping strategies and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Currently licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, specifically within mental health counseling.
\n
• Possession of valid Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (or in progress).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation and billing responsibilities independently.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client care and professional responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling or working under Natural Learning Environment Practices (NLEP) will be highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and documentation software can also enhance your success in this role.
