Pay: $21-$22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30/7:30 AM - 2:30/3:30 PM
Location: Wilmington, DE

Accounting Administrator Job Details:
What You'll Do
- Process cash, check, and credit card payments
- Prepare and reconcile bank deposits
- Assist with invoicing and billing activities
- Maintain financial records and invoice logs
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Answer phones, distribute mail, and support daily office operations
What we're looking for in an Accounting Administrator
6+ months of office experience required
Accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Dependable with strong communication skills
