Come join us!Key functions include but are not limited to:Serve as first point of contact and resolution, via phone and email, for customer billing questionsDay to day processing of billing reports and financial handling, including but not limited to applying lockbox payments, manual payment application and scanning, generating refunds, reviewing and applying suspended cash, transferring funds, and investigating failed payment transactions, etc.Foundational support of billing needs and inquiries from internal business partnersCollaborate with service and finance teams to recommend updates and process optimizations to increase quality and efficiency of billing functionSpecial projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience1-3+ years of billing and financial transaction processing experience requiredInsurance industry experience preferredProficiency in ExcelAbility to work independently and collaborate where neededStrong analytical and decision-making skills with a high attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skills, your communication style is flexible to the situation, you communicate clearly, concisely, and with a purposeCalm under pressure; you have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks; you work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organizationNatural curiosity; you love learning how things work and you are always looking for innovative improvementsAbility to troubleshoot complex problems and utilize available resources and toolsAdditional Company DetailsWe do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting firms.
