Litigation Paralegal

Specialized, boutique law firm currently seeking a professional, responsible, and motivated candidate to work in our office as a Probate Litigation and Estate Administration Paralegal. The Firm has doubled in size in the last 4 years and the growth continues. Duties and responsibilities include: Document preparation for estate planning Document preparation for probate court filings and probate litigation cases Document preparation for trust administration Sorting, scanning and filing mail for client files Client contact and communication Maintaining active case lists Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess at least 2-5 years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with experience with General Litigation. Any probate litigation experience is a bonus. The successful candidate should possess prior work experience in a fast-paced, professional atmosphere and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm. Ability to successfully manage priorities is essential. Candidates must have poise and excellent communication skills; be meticulous, accurate, and have extraordinary organizational skills; be able to multi-task and must be highly motivated; and exhibit initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
