Support the recording, monitoring and reporting of student attendance.
What You Will Do
- Compiles, copies, sorts and files records of student attendance
- Operates office machines, such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, and personal computers
- Interacts with parents, school administration, teachers and support
- Create reports to track attendance trends and data
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience Qualifications
- Less than 1 year in an office setting supporting clerical operations of a basic nature Required
Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail, basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, good verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency-able to work effectively to meet deadlines, customer service orientation, able to create basic reports in Excel
