We are opening a new location in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and are seeking an HR Generalist to help build our local team and establish effective day-to-day HR operations. We value integrity, care for others, collaboration, and continuous learning.

About the Role

As our first HR hire for the Lansdale location, your initial focus will be recruiting and onboarding employees while helping establish practical HR processes. You will work closely with management and our existing U.S. and international teams to support staffing needs, employee communication, and a positive workplace culture.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and is comfortable building processes in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify hiring priorities and develop job descriptions.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Maintain candidate records and provide timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, required employment documentation, and offboarding.
• Help develop and maintain employee policies, an employee handbook, and consistent HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential personnel records and track attendance and time-off requests.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits information with management and designated service providers.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help address workplace concerns fairly and professionally.
• Support performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development.
• Help management maintain compliance with applicable employment requirements and coordinate with outside advisors when needed.
• Collaborate with U.S. and international colleagues to support the launch and ongoing staffing of the Lansdale location.

Required Qualifications

· At least 3 years of professional work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant human resources experience.

• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR recordkeeping requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential information and employee concerns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with recruiting platforms or HR systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a new office, growing company, or small business.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania employment practices.
• Experience recruiting for e-commerce, marketing, customer service, operations, or warehouse positions.
• Experience collaborating with international teams.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus for communication with colleagues in China, but is not required.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or a similar HR certification.
