Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver individual therapy and psychopharmacological interventions, ensuring clients receive continuous monitoring and management of their mental health status and treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, including safety assessments, relapse prevention strategies, and referrals to relevant community resources to stabilize clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to discuss client progress, share insights, and receive constructive feedback to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client information, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
