Position Overview

We invite a skilled and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, meticulously explaining each aspect of the procedure
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images
• Utilize and maintain imaging equipment, swiftly addressing any technical malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within an electronic medical record system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Qualifications and Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
