Department Secretary Responsibilities:
Provides general secretarial support to the department
Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings
Managing inventory and ordering of supplies
Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members
Word processing and computer program use
Directing calls
Recording minutes at assigned meetings
Time and attendance
Other duties as assigned

Required Education:
- High School Diploma
Required Experience:
1 year - Office Related
2 years - Preferred
