Boasting world-class amenities, impeccable service, and a commitment to providing an unparalleled guest experience, Baccarat Hotel New York is synonymous with sophistication and style.The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager/Sommelier to join our prestigious team.This position supervises 40+ employees in the Restaurant/Bar and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these employees within the department.The Food & Beverage Manager/Sommelier carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.The salary range for this position is $85K - $90K.
