Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will involve:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate the unique needs of couples and families.

• Facilitating joint therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy for each partner when needed.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address issues such as grief, conflict among family members, job-related stress, and adaptation to life transitions.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat complex family dynamics, including blended family challenges, communication barriers, and emotional traumas.

• Actively participating in clinical meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices with fellow therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
